Transport of lithium batteries (ADR class 9a) or e-vehicles

In Switzerland and internationally, the provisions of the ADR apply to the transport of lithium batteries. This is because these batteries are classified as dangerous goods and can cause a fire if stored, handled or transported improperly.

We specialise in class 9a, which includes lithium metal batteries and cells as well as lithium ion batteries and cells with UN numbers UN3090, UN3091, UN3480 and UN3481.
